Dismantling of the CPT particulate filter

Status:
realized
Saarbrucken, Germany

The project involved the dismantling of a CTP dedusting installation intended for applications with solid particles, viscous condensates or corrosive components in waste gases, but also for the purification of aerosols.

The system was installed at an engine block foundry and will be moved to another location in Germany. The order required dismantling the entire installation, which included a 4-bed combustion chamber system, filtration systems, ventilation and chimney systems.

Due to the large surface area of the combustion chamber casing, it had to be reinforced with a supporting structure to avoid deformation during transport and loading and unloading operations.
