Dismantling and packaging of a photovoltaic panel production line

The order was to dismantle the production line in a company producing photovoltaic modules. The lines we dismantled included devices such as diffusion ovens, JRT printers, texture etching machines, laser cutting machines and others.
Due to the high sensitivity of the devices to mechanical damage and weather conditions, the order required specialized protection of the devices for transport and storage.
This protection consisted of packaging the machines in VCI foil, but in the case of the most sensitive devices, we also used the vacuum packaging method using aluminum foil.
